GVA is the leading correspondent in the Former Soviet Union countries for over 80 international medical, insurance and assistance companies. Moreover, since 2001 GVA has been a member of International Assistance Group. As a third party administrator of medical claims and assistance provider, GVA is a designated partner for the Travel Insurance Industry.

For the Maritime Industry GVA is a preferred medical provider servicing the biggest worldwide ship managers and P&I Clubs by providing them with the emergency medical support for their seafarers globally.
Within two decades of commencing operations, GVA have gained a thorough knowledge in medical case management, medical evacuations and mortal remains repatriations. GVA’s worldwide Network Department has gathered an extensive database of Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals and Ground Ambulance providers in our own region (Former Soviet Union) and worldwide (within 180 countries).

GVA Alarm Centres operate 24/7, 365 days a year with a team of professionally trained coordinators and ICU Doctors to provide clients with emergency response and assistance. The main communication language is English.

GVA on duty doctors and physicians who escort patients during medical evacuation are all experienced anesthesiologists and resuscitators (ICU) with international experience in leading clinics or remote site operations.
