GVA assisted with the transportation of the sailor with the stroke from Guinea Bissau to Kaliningrad

Concerted efforts of GVA specialists, Seafarers' Union of Russia, the government of the Kaliningrad region and the Transco crewing company allowed to organize the transportation of the sailor with the stroke from Bissau to Kaliningrad.

Such a transportation was extremely difficult to organize due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But in the longer term GVA specialists and all the parties concerned did whatever it takes to ensure that the "Pilot Whale" sailor was transported to the hospital in his hometown in a stable condition.

It's important to notice that this is far from the first case of applying to GVA by crew members during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
